He will be handing over to current employees Nick Bailey and Simon Wildsmith, who will be taking over the business from April 1.
Malcolm said he's sure the two new managers will do a great job.
He said: "Nick and Simon have been hardworking and loyal employees over the years and they have become like sons."
Nick, from Hardwicke, has worked for Master Sheds for more than 20 years and Simon has been an employee since leaving Churchdown School.
Nick, said: "We are very grateful for this opportunity and we will be working together to make Master Sheds even more successful."
Simon, said: "We already know that we make a great team and it seemed the natural progression for us to take over the business."
Master Sheds is based in Hempsted, Gloucester and designs and manufactures sheds, summer houses, garages, workshops, stables, home offices, pavilions and more. To mark the occasion, Master Sheds will be offering a 10 per cent discount on orders taken for April.
