"Horizon 38 has established itself as the prime location for industrial and logistics occupiers in north Bristol. It currently offers the only new build space in north Bristol and has a range of sizes to suit a wide variety of occupiers.''

Horizon 38 is the first major speculative scheme in Bristol for a number of years.

The development is a joint venture between St Francis Group and iSec, and comprises industrial and logistics space on the former Rolls-Royce Eastworks site.

The scheme is near the A38, which links junction 16 of the M5 and the national motorway network.
