Bristol property consultancy Bruton Knowles moves offices as business expands

Bristol-based property consultancy Bruton Knowles has relocated to a larger office after appointing three specialist experts.

The firm, which opened in Bristol five years ago, has moved to Bradley Stoke.

It has also appointed senior lands right technician Chris Cornfold and graduates Ben Johnson and Doug Oldfield as junior lands right technicians.

Chris joins the team with more than eight years’ experience within the utilities sector, having worked for the National Grid previously.

As part of his new role, he will be responsible for Bruton Knowles’ role in the Hinkley Point C nuclear power station project in Somerset, which is currently the consultancy’s largest utilities project. 

James Bailey, managing partner at Bruton Knowles, said: “The appointment of industry-respected experts with specialist knowledge will allow us to meet demand efficiently, while responding to a market which is always changing and evolving.
